Lantern Point Media LLC, doing business as AFC Media Group ("AFC Media," "we," "us"), creates video and runs advertising for real estate agents and local businesses. AFC Media is an affiliate of AFC Mortgage Group, LLC (NMLS #2801); the two companies share common ownership. This policy explains what we collect when you respond to one of our ads or contact us through afcmediagroup.com, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, or contact us through our website, we receive:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • your answers to the form's questions, such as whether you're selling or buying, your timeline, your price range and the best time to call;
  • basic information about the ad or page you responded to, such as the campaign and the date.

How we use it

  • To connect you with the real estate agent featured in the ad, who will contact you about your request.
  • To respond to you if you contacted AFC Media directly about our services.
  • If you tell us you're buying, to have AFC Mortgage Group, LLC (NMLS #2801), our affiliated mortgage lender, contact you about financing, working together with your agent. You're never required to use AFC Mortgage Group.
  • To follow up on your request, keep records of it, and measure how our advertising performs.

Who we share it with

  • The featured real estate agent and their brokerage. When you respond to an agent's ad, your information goes to that agent.
  • AFC Mortgage Group, LLC (NMLS #2801), our affiliated mortgage lender, when you tell us you're buying, so they can help with financing.
  • Service providers that help us run this, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and our email and text-messaging providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and email

By submitting a form, you agree that the featured agent, our team and, if you tell us you're buying, AFC Mortgage Group may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or tell us you'd like no further contact.

Your choices

To update your information, opt out of contact, or ask us to delete your information, email privacy@afcmediagroup.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we'll keep only what the law requires us to keep.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as it's needed to follow up on your request and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Children

Our ads and forms are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
